Construction has commenced at our gated residential development on Stroude Road in Virginia Water, marking a key milestone for the 38-acre Surrey scheme.

The start on site follows just weeks after planning permission was granted for revised proposals, refining the design and internal layouts of the 10 private homes. The scheme comprises three detached houses set within generous plots, alongside seven mews-style properties also with generous rear gardens, arranged around a landscaped courtyard.

Initial site clearance works are underway, with groundworks scheduled to follow as construction progresses towards an anticipated completion date by spring 2027.

The exclusive development has been designed to reflect our design-led approach, combining architectural quality with spacious, well-considered layouts and a strong commitment to sustainability. Set within expansive grounds overlooking meadows and ancient woodland, the scheme has been carefully planned to sit sensitively within its natural setting, offering privacy and a discreet gated environment.

Jason Lawrence, Managing Director, said: “This marks an exciting step forward for the Virginia Water development. It will be our flagship scheme and will encapsulate Consero’s design-led approach, bringing together considered architecture, original detailing and our signature level of craftsmanship.”

Located within walking distance of Virginia Water village and close to Wentworth Club and Windsor Great Park, the development benefits from direct rail connections to London Waterloo, access to highly regarded local schools and some of Surrey’s finest countryside.
