We have appointed Dave Gaffney as site manager for our Oaktrees development in Send, Surrey. Dave joins the project as our incumbent site manager, Mark Morganti, transitions to oversee our flagship development in Virginia Water.
Dave brings more than 37 years of experience delivering high-end residential developments across Surrey and the Home Counties. Throughout his career, he has worked on a range of prestigious schemes, building a reputation for quality construction, attention to detail and strong on-site leadership.
At Oaktrees, Dave will oversee the construction of our exclusive development, which is delivering four detached homes in the Surrey village of Send. Each of the energy-efficient, high-specification homes will be meticulously crafted over three expansive floors, reflecting Consero’s design-led approach.
Construction at Oaktrees is progressing well, with the homes now reaching roof level as the development continues to move ahead.
