We’ve released the first external CGIs of our Oaktrees development in Send, Surrey, offering prospective buyers an early glimpse of the new detached homes.
The CGIs showcase our collection of four spacious detached homes, designed with a timeless architectural approach. The homes feature classic use of materials and details, including handmade bricks with a varied finish, plain roof tiles, Tudor and render panels, decorative gallows brackets and finials, alongside generously sized windows with traditional glazing bars. The entrance to each home boasts large oak porches with ornate front doors framed by double side panels.
Jason Lawrence, Managing Director at Consero, said: “These CGIs are the first and only external visuals released for our scheme, providing an exclusive preview of the homes ahead of completion later this summer. We’ve designed the homes to reflect and complement the local vernacular around Send, Ripley and the surrounding Surrey villages.
“As we near completion of the outer shell of the homes, our attention will next be on delivering our signature features such as sophisticated kitchens, luxurious bathrooms and our renowned interior styling.”
All homes boast generous open-plan living with south-westerly facing gardens. Combining traditional detailing with modern family living, the homes also feature strong green credentials, reflecting our design-led and sustainable approach.
Further details, including pricing, will be released in early summer. Interested parties are encouraged to register their interest soon here.
