Experienced site manager, Mark Morganti, has joined Consero to lead the delivery of our upcoming Virginia Water development and our collection of homes in Send, Surrey.

Located on Stroude Road, the new exclusive gated community in Virginia Water will include a collection of just 10 private residences within the 38-acre site. Three substantial five-bedroom detached homes with large plots will be delivered by Mark and his team, along with seven elegant mews-style houses set around a landscaped courtyard. Each home combines striking architectural design and refined interiors with the very best quality materials and green technology.

Mark will also oversee the collection of four detached homes in the village of Send. Named Oaktrees, each of the five-bedroom homes will boast spacious, design-led living spaces and large south-westerly facing gardens.

Mark brings almost two decades of super-prime residential experience to the role, having spent 19 years at luxury housebuilder Royalton. His career there began as a site labourer in 2005 before progressing to assistant site manager, and later site manager in 2010.

During his time at Royalton, Mark managed projects ranging from 7,000 sq ft to 15,000 sq ft, including properties in Oxshott’s Crown Estate, Esher, St George’s Hill in Weybridge and Magna Carta Park in Englefield Green. These included homes with bespoke features such as cinema rooms, swimming pools, lifts, and extensive landscaping. Project values ranged from £3 million to £89 million.

Jason Lawrence, Director at Consero, said: “Mark has an outstanding track record delivering some of the country’s most complex, high-value homes, and we’re excited to see that expertise now applied at Virginia Water and Oaktrees. Beyond his eye for detail and quality, Mark shares our commitment to sustainability. These developments give us the chance to blend architectural elegance with the latest green technology, ensuring every home sits harmoniously within its setting and celebrates the ancient woodland and oak trees that make each of these sites so unique and beautiful.”

Mark Morganti commented: “I’m delighted to join Consero and take on the development at Virginia Water and Oaktrees. These projects combine an exceptional design with a truly special location and I’m looking forward to bringing these beautiful homes to life for future buyers.”
