Construction has officially started on our new development, Oaktrees, in Send, Surrey. Managing Director Jason Lawrence and Associate Director Emma Saffin joined the Site Manager at Oaktrees to mark the beginning of groundworks, following the recent grant of planning permission by Guildford Borough Council.
Consero received planning permission in July this year. With works now underway, the homes are scheduled for completion by summer 2026.
Located on Clandon Road, Oaktrees will comprise a collection of just four exclusive detached five-bedroom homes arranged over three floors. Each will include a spacious, open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with garden views, a separate utility, study and formal lounge. The principal bedroom will feature a dressing room and ensuite, with a further four bedrooms and three bathrooms designed for modern family living.
The new homes have been designed to combine timeless architecture with contemporary interiors, reflecting Consero’s expertise in crafting exceptional properties in Surrey’s most desirable locations. Each home will include private parking with EV charging and generous south-westerly facing gardens of around 110 feet.
Jason Lawrence, Managing Director at Consero, commented: “Breaking ground at Oaktrees marks an exciting next step for our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring our signature approach to design and craftsmanship to the heart of Send. With its excellent connections and green surroundings, it’s the perfect setting for these homes. We’re proud to begin construction and look forward to revealing more about the design as the project progresses.”
